Privacy policy

This explains what Neverfade, made by Genesis Tech, keeps, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have.
What we keep
- About you, the person signing in: your name, email, password (stored by our sign-in provider, never readable by us) and two-step sign-in, and which organizations you belong to.
- What your organization keeps about the people it knows: names, how to reach them, notes, conversations, dates to remember, gifts and the rest. Your organization decides what goes in and who sees it; we keep it on their behalf.
- If you join the early-access list on our website: your email address, only to tell you when your spot opens. Ask us to take it off at any time.
How it’s protected
- Each organization’s information is kept apart, checked both in the app and in the database.
- Private notes, family notes and similar sensitive details are encrypted when stored. A private note is only ever shown to the person who wrote it.
- Admins and people who see money must use two-step sign-in. Changes, exports and views of sensitive details are recorded in an audit log.
- Files kept on a profile are stored privately and opened through links that work for five minutes.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase: the database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting the app.
- Twilio: texts, through your organization’s own account, if it’s connected.
- Resend: emails Neverfade sends, for your organization and for sign-in and invitations.
- Anthropic: the AI helpers, only if your organization switches them on. They see what the person using them could see about one person, never private notes, and the answers aren’t used to train their models.
- Stripe, Lob and Handwrytten: only if your organization connects them, for recording gifts and sending cards and letters.
We don’t sell information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Texts, emails and opting out
Anyone who replies STOP to a text, or uses the unsubscribe link in an email, is opted out straight away, and stays opted out even if their record is later erased.
Your choices
- If you sign in: you can change your details, and delete your account from your account menu.
- If an organization keeps your details: ask that organization. Its admins can download everything held about you, or erase it, from your record. If they can’t help, email us at info@neverfadecrm.com.
- An organization’s owner can delete the whole organization; it’s removed for good 30 days later.
How long it’s kept
For as long as the organization keeps it. People deleted from an organization are removed for good after 30 days, except where gift records must be kept; then only what those records need stays.
Cookies
Only what’s needed to keep you signed in and remember which organization you’re in, and, on your device, whether you prefer the light or dark green look. No tracking or advertising cookies.
